Lemongrass Tea:   Part II the Plant in Winter

The frost turns the leaves brown. Looks like an old haystack!

Late winter is the time to cut the lemongrass back. This will give it a fresh start in the springtime. I bundled up the old dry stalks with a piece of baling twine.
